Stop in and talk to one of our sales representatives for a quote. If you are interested in quicker service,
complete and print out the following form to bring into the store. The more information you can
provide our designers with, the more accurate the representation of your kitchen will be.

Fill in and submit the online form to send us your information. In order for us to have a
starting point, we require the submission of a drawn layout or blueprint of the area you want
designed and/or priced. Either scan or take a digital image, then upload it to us; use the browse
button at the end of the following form to locate the file on your computer and send it to us.
Incomplete forms can not be sent; fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
What does it cost?
Our Design Package includes a detailed floor plan, pricing, and 3D computer renders.
If you just want a kitchen design and don't plan on ordering through us, we will put the Design
Package together and bill you according to the complexity of the design and how much time is required.
For an additional cost, changes and updates can be done until you are satisfied with the end result.

The following form is used for multiple purposes. If you are planning on stopping by the store with a printout,
fill in what pertains to you and print the pages (you do not need to click the submission button). If you just want
a quote or design, you will need to provide your name, city, phone number and either fax or email address.
In any case, fill out as much as you can to help us give a more accurate quote.
