| The following images
are ones I rendered in 3D Studio Max. After I got my case, I
thought it would be a good idea to remodel it to get a better
idea of the proportions. I also added the holes for the side
vents, the CPU air intake, and the indentations for the side
handles. The front now includes the power/reset button area,
the USB door, and the correct number of bays.
The program screen shots will give you an idea of the work
environment I use with 3D Studio. Most of the time, I have 4
view ports for each view (left, front, top, and perspective).
I usually view them in wire frame mode, and display the perspective
window with smooth/highlights. When I'm ready to see a more
realistic image, I render one of the views.
The last few images in this category are shots I rendered without
the flame design. This simply shows the cut surfaces, as the
case would look before the paint job.
